Have you ever walked into a clothing store with a feeling that somewhat relates to "they just want me to pay and leave?" Or "I am just a customer; I may buy, or I may just browse, trying on so many clothes but end up not buying anything. So that's why all these associates don't really take me seriously?" Girl, bye!

Well, let me tell you my story: first, I found Vico through a friend who happened to ask me to meet up there while I was visiting the area. I did not intend to shop, although the word "VINTAGE" made me curious about this shop, since I love everything about vintage.

Don't be fooled by the look from the outside; let me tell you! Upon entering the store, I suddenly felt like Jennifer Garner in the movie "13 Going on 30". The decor, the collection, the vibe, the music choice, and most importantly, the people will amaze you. I have never felt as welcome and truly appreciated as a customer. The owner, Cecilia, is so knowledgeable and cares about your experience. I also saw one of the associates make an apron/bib/crop top from recycling old clothing. So creative and truly crafted.

I ended up buying 2 pairs of clothes, 2 brooches, and 1 beret. I feel fabulous and savvy at the same time. Most of the collection is reasonably priced and doesn't make me feel guilty at all.
Next time I want to feel like Audrey Hepburn, I know exactly who and where to go. Thank you, Vico! I surely be back soon..

I have been shopping at Vico Style since 2022 when I walked into the Cambridge pop-up looking for something elegant, comfortable, camera-friendly, and unique for my TEDx talk. Since then, I have followed Vico Style over to their Charles Street Beacon Hill location where I have found pieces to wear to work, fundraisers, community outreach events, the 2023 NAACP Convention in Boston, and for strolling in my happy place Boston Common. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly with a knack for fitting customers in the perfect pieces. When I needed something special that would boost my confidence while keeping me comfortable for my presentation in Montreal, they curated a beautiful teal suit with accessories that turned heads and had conference goers asking questions of where they could get the suit. Even when I am not local in Boston, I know that I can check out TikTok for new merchandise and reach out anytime for help curating the next perfect outfit with accessaries that are shipped to me. Vico Style is like that best friend who knows you and whom you can trust to make you look good and one of a kind for great value.

My favorite shop on beacon hill! They have such a cute range of clothing and the accessories are one of a kind <3 I got one of my warmest tops from here that’s become a winter essential. Defiantly don’t be afraid to ask for recommendations, the employees are always super sweet and helpful!

Vico Style is chock full of tastefully curated, affordable, wearable vintage pieces. The staff is friendly and helpful, and really listens and caters to customers. Couldn’t recommend this store highly enough, especially if you are looking to support sustainable fashion and a wonderful woman-owned business!

Vico Style is my favorite vintage store in the Boston/Cambridge area! I signed up for their subscription service and I absolutely love the pieces I've received. The stylist conducts a short closet tour to get a feel for your style and existing wardrobe. This helps in curating pieces that not only is unique but also blend well with things you already own. Each item from my subscription box has quickly become a staple in my outfit rotation.

They also host monthly community events. I joined the fashion illustration workshop and it was a wonderful experience. The instructor was super attentive and skilled, making it a perfect outing with friends. Guys, go visit Vico Style when you're in town. I'm sure it will be a fun experience!
