I have a bad experience in this store
First of all, I paid $315 for a shoes that is not comfortable at all
I am very disappointed and upset.
When I saw the shoes in the store display, it has a scratch, I asked the seller does this she’s scratch easily?
She said no, I shouldn’t believe her and should not buy it at the first place .
I bought this shoes last week and wore it for one time.
It got scratched and worn down from one time wear, I went to the store to find a solve of either return or exchange, after waiting for so long for the manager, she came and said their policy doesn’t allow for any return or exchange.
I just wasted my money and time.
I have shoes from other brands never had this issue.
This product is very bad quality and it’s not natural leather, I don’t know it’s overpriced for what!!
The costumer services and policy are awful, I will never be their costumer again.

This location has terrible Customer Service! Sales associates that lie and make up rules that are not in line with Tory Burch policy. Attitude for days from sales associates and unknowledgeable about merchandise. Corporate needs to step in and make changes starting with the manager. I will not be returning. This is the worst location I have ever been in.

The worst Tory Burch store I had been. Very rude and it look like they dislike kids in the store. The store didn't acknowledge me the whole time I was there, until I made to the back of the store. I asked her to bring me the same boots that she brough to another customer after she finished with her and she didn't. The older woman who look like she was the lead or manager, instead of helping me, sais through the radio: "someone help this woman...". None of the woman in there help me, except Austin(the only guy working there). I decided not buy anything and go to different store. I will not return to this store. Which it was shocking to me to be treat it in such upscale mall. Certainly, their employees are lacking the upscale customer service and treatment to their customers(as expressed in others reviews).

I read couple of reviews about the rude staff at this location and today I experienced an embarrassing incident as well.
I visited this store today to return an item that I had purchased online during a private sale and was told by a young staff who was rude to begin with, that it was not returnable. I had bought many items during private sale and return some of them here before so this was different. I try to explain to her that the deadline to return the items was 10/2 but she had this attitude that made me feel like I was wasting her time and was trying to do something that was wrong. It was obvious she didn't care about the customer service. Did this young staff receive training at Tori Burch at all? It is a shame. I love Tori Burch but not the staffs at Tysons Corner. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Beautiful store
Great product selection
I stopped in a few days ago to do an exchange. The associate was more concerned about whether I had a receipt than what I was trying to accomplish. Thankfully she passed me off to someone else who was more professional & accommodating
