Went to pickup an item I ordered online on 9/18, were some work shoes. Online said had one in stock at location, went to pickup, wrong item in box, customer service was terrible didn’t bother to look for, I don’t know what that person said, but could of look for the item, I went back to the shoe dept and found the item myself, why is it so difficult to get and look for the correct item for customers all you have do it pick it and wait for the customer to pick up item how hard is that job! Need better customer service and knowledge of the store working in.

I would give 0 stars if I could. What a horrible store and awful experience. I was mortified when I walked into this place, seeing the condition. Trashed. Merchandise strewn on the floor. Disorganized and filthy. Merchandise not in stock. Makes you wonder who would even throw merchandise on the floor to begin with. A total disgrace. Florida Targets put this one to shame. Walmart in Cary is in better shape, and that's saying a lot.

The staff are fairly helpful especially when looking for certain items. The pizza hut and Starbucks there has good service but sometimes no one is even there.

Very well maintained. Good customer care. Quality products at reasonable prices. You may not hot most of the things like Walmart but quality. Groceries are few, can improve in this section. Lot of parking. CVS pharmacy and Starbucks are inside.

The store is always filthy with merchandise piled in the aisles. There are never enough cashiers working.

The cafe is a complete lie. No one is ever working, despite having hours posted and there is clearly no inventory anyway.

Wish this store had better customer service. Came in around 12:30pm on June 28th. and the lady at the self checkout was very rude. She abruptly stopped me from continuing scanning in a very demanding tone. It was not a great experience.

Horrible! Their drive up is down and they have multiple parking spots and only put ONE sign up that you can’t even see!! Have the common sense of putting up these signs in every parking number sign managers!!! People kept pulling up and waiting for minutes BEFORE REALIZING NONONE WAS COMING!! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! This used to be one of the best Targets around when I moved here four years ago. Now I avoid it if I can!!!
