My fiancé originally worked with Richard at Stone Oak Jewelers to design my engagement ring and he had enjoyed working with Richard so much that we actually went back and had my wedding band made as well. Richard took the time during the design and consultation process to listen to our vision and made suggestions that truly elevated the final design. My engagement ring features a family heirloom diamond that has been given a new life and the design is better than anything I could have imagined. The craftsmanship is outstanding and I highly recommend working with Richard and the team at Stone Oak Jewelers.

Stone Oak Jewelers, and more specifically Richard, put an end to all of these worries with the excellent service and product he delivered. Richard answered all of my questions—and as a first time custom jewelry buyer, I had many—thoroughly and patiently. He cared to ensure I got what I wanted, and provided suggestions to me that made the end product even better—without trying to upsell me or change the essence of the design. This was extremely important to me as I had a rather clear vision of the ring I wanted for my partner, and I was happy that was respected.

As for the ring itself: it's perfect and I sincerely could not be more pleased with it. Before going to Stone Oak, I didn't believe it was possible to get an engagement ring without compromising on something: the quality of the diamond, the side stones, or my budget. I'm happy to report that it is possible though, through the caring and attentive work of Richard and others at Stone Oak Jewelers!

I visited the store today after looking for a place to repair a fallen diamond from a custom puzzle ring I had. I haven’t picked up my ring yet but am already in love with this store and the people. A true family owned small business that I love to support! I asked so many questions about other rings in their display cases and tried on a few. So polite and friendly and knowledgeable. You know right away they are providing you factual information and recommendations based on your personal wear and budget, not just trying to upsell to make quick money. I have multiple rings with sentimental value that I haven’t trusted anyone else to repair or resize and will be bringing them all here. Will also recommend anyone here for jewelry and repairs.
