We had a lovely stay in a lovely room. All the amenities were available and the only minor concerns were the window curtains were remote controlled and one was stuck. This would have been unimportant on a high floor but we were in a ground floor room due to accessibility needs. The beds were wonderful and the staff was so very nice and helpful. If you have the chance, do enjoy the chocolate waffles!

Love the suites. Lots of good breakfast, clean rooms, nice views, good location. Breakfast is super good. Stayed here with my family of 5 and enjoyed the views. Even though our room wasn’t facing the mountain side, during breakfast we would see the amazing views. Loved the breakfast, lots of foods to choose from!

Things happen, but when our credit card was charged $80.00 on top of the charge for the room. I called them and they said we stole 2 blankets.Absolutely not true! Why would we steal a used blanket? I have also been in contact with my credit card company to dispute this additional charge.

So far there has been no response for rectification of this. I also have an email into the corporate office. There has been no response from either the hotel or corporate..

Staybridge Suites in Colorado Springs continues to impress on my second stay. The suites are comfortable, well-appointed, and make for a relaxing experience. The staff is friendly, and the amenities, including the breakfast and social evenings, add a nice touch to the stay. My only complaint is that the door to my room doesn't shut automatically—I have to pull it to ensure it's secure, which could be a concern if you're in a hurry. Despite this minor issue, it's still a great place to stay.

I recently stayed at this Staybridge Suites and had a great experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had a room with two bedrooms and a living room and kitchenette in between. It was very comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent. There was always a fully stocked variety every morning and the oatmeal was perfect every time (so many Staybridges have terrible oatmeal). Whenever I see the breakfast area clean and fully stocked, I like to see who's behind the good work. I met Maria and Natalia, two very nice ladies who were doing their best to keep things tidy and stocked. They were very kind and friendly, going out of their way to make sure all customer knew where everything was. The next day, I met a Cuban lady who was also working in breakfast area, also doing a great job.

The patio area where the grills are need a little attention.

The only other thing we didn't like is that we booked the rooms for around $200/night months ago and we have as a preference with IHG to have a room in upper floors. But in the end, we were charged almost $300/night and we got a room in the basement.

We spent 3 days here last week to visit our godchild and to take in the sites.

This hotel is awesome. Great friendly staff. Clean rooms. Plenty of safe parking. Awesome free breakfast.

We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing stay! The rooms and common areas were clean and spacious, and everything was well-maintained. The full American buffet breakfast every morning was delicious with a great variety of options. The amenities were excellent including a heated swimming pool, relaxing hot tub and a convenient laundry room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful ensuring a pleasant stay. Overall exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, amenities and exceptional service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Breakfast was fresh with a wide variety of options. Most importantly the rooms were clean and it was nice to have daily housekeeping options.
