The patience and atmosphere here are incredible. The staff was awesome and the selection Is mind blowing!! For out of town people that are sneakerheads this is a must see.

Ordered a brand new pair of Jordan 12 Playoffs and the right pair came super creased. They dont accept returns or exchanges so i have to deal with this now.

I purchased a pair of Jordans at the BET experience that had two different sizes in them. I called them to figure out how to handle since I live in Vegas. At first they seemed very helpful, said they would refund if I sent back. I called back a few days after to make sure everything was ready before I sent. I found it odd that they didnt even bother to look up my order...or send a cancellation, or a shipping label...anyways, I try calling the shop, no answer. Been trying several times like today again...still no answer all this was months ago. I'm starting to get a little upset...im out almost $200 with an unwearable pair

Was lied to and sold a different pair of shoes than what was promised. Was trying to get a 1999 pair of dunk high in deadstock condition and was sold a 2002 pair of shoes in the 1999 box but it’s an entiérrele different shoe. Purchased online through auction from this store and was very ripped off and will be reporting

Horrible customer service. Asked the sales person how the store works and got “check the website.” We go to brick and mortars as it’s different to touch and feel the shoes versus seeing pics on the internet. There were no other customers and three people standing around. Will never go back to this place.

Rating them 2 stars because I have purchased shoes from them personally back in October 2021 and customer experience was nice. I decided to Purchase a pair of Jordans a week ago online. I received a confirmation email but i emailed them and messaged them for info on shipping and still unable to get through to any one. Shoes have since then been removed from their website. Ill be waiting another week before disputing transaction as fraud! Since there is no follow up and have no idea if shoes will ever be shipped

Best resell shop in LA no question! A lot of pairs you won’t find elsewhere, and one of the last OG brick and mortar stores out there!! Must visit for any sneakerhead passing by LA
