I had a wonderful experience at Nordstrom Rack in San Clemente thanks to Laura M.! While on a business trip, I realized I had forgotten to pack a sport coat for a dinner event. Fortunately, Laura was there to greet me with a warm smile and kind eyes that immediately put me at ease. She asked if I needed assistance, and when I mentioned I was looking for a navy blue sport coat, she quickly guided me to the right section.

Laura’s knowledge of the store and its inventory was impressive. She helped me find a few sport coats to try on, making the process seamless and enjoyable. As I was by the fitting room, I noticed her name and picture on the “All Star Wall,” and it was clear why she earned that recognition.

Came to return some rollers and the cashier with dark hair and a big tattoo on her neck was extremely rude and dismissive. She said cosmetics were non returnable when it didn’t say that anywhere on my receipt and I was in the middle of talking to her when she shoo’ed me off and called the next customer. Definitely won’t be back and will not be spending any money at this store. She needs to be trained more on customer service.

It seems that the store is newer. Plenty of brand selection as well as designer lines. The shoes aren’t too exciting at this location but still plenty to select from.

I really like this Nordstrom Rack. They need a better designer shoe section. Or keep the designer shoes separate or something. Other than that, nice employees, great selection and of course great prices!

I had one of the best customer service experiences yesterday with the store manager, Emily. Rather than find reasons to not help me with my exchange, she used creative solutions to solve my issue between the Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack platforms, saving me time and money. So often I run into employees in various retail situations where they're all too-happy to tell you no, or hide behind "policy." Emily is a problem-solver, and used ingenuity to help resolve my issue. For this kind of customer service, I'll always return.

The lines are usually too long, not enough cashiers, the women's clothing selection is horrible at this location. Nordstrom used to Carry more Chic and elegant clothing and shoes but not anymore! Sometimes I think TJ Maxx or Marshalls might have a better selection of clothing than Nordstrom Rack!!!

Rudest customer service on earth. Oddette and the manager could not have cared less about my issue. I bought a beautiful marc jacobs purse and wore it one time and the lettering came loose. I tried to return my bag and they literally said “no sorry you can’t”because of their “return policy” btw. They don’t tell you about a return policy when you buy something. Never shop here

The clothing selection at the San Clemente Nordstrom rack is very disappointing. I can probably find the better clothing at Ross then they used to have classy styles but not anymore.
