the first time i went, i enjoyed the food so i ended up coming back. during my second visit, me and my family tried the zingers and they were as good as expected. the flavor was there, perfectly crispy and the chicken was delicious. we got both just the zingers and the zinger mountain melt and the fries weren’t bad either.

while the portions are good, the entrees me and my family ordered that day wasn’t as good. my brother’s ribs was overcooked as it was hard to bite into and my pasta was also hard. the chicken was hard and the pasta noodles weren’t as soft or as good as the first time we came and had it. the garlic bread was really hard to bite into ?, inside was a little softer at least.

service wise, our server was friendly and nice and this might be with the kitchen but we did wait a long time for our food to come out. it might be because they waited until all the food was ready to bring it out even though we wouldn’t have minded if it came out whenever one was finished. my brother said that when all the dishes came out, some of them weren’t as hot as the others so we definitely think it may be because they wanted to serve it all at once.

overall, it was an okay experience the second time though i would definitely come back for the zingers! the food visual is still nice though.

Ive been going here number yrs & in the recent year the place has vastly improved! I had a previous review where service tended be slow & the steak tough chewy they seemed not get it cooked to my liking on few occasions.. but still considered it decent place to go. Past year much better better choices nice menu items .. esp love the sticky ribs plate w frazzled onions i hope this remains on menu.. steaks much tastier tender & burgers pasta apps great! Plus quicker & friendly service..

It's a favorite spot when I travel home. Excellent food selection and an extensive drink menu; margaritas are the best. I like the one in the Roosevelt Building. It is outdoor seating. Grap a picture drink, order food, and watch the game on any variety of television. I ordered calamari and added it to my garden salad. ?.

Came here for dinner with a colleague. Look at this pathetic looking dinner plate !! Are we running out of food !! is this a Third World country a baked potato with sour cream and butter. Don’t stick it on the potato no cause that takes a brain !! The steak was a joke, looks like a dogs, chew toy !! The broccoli tasted like it was marinated in the garbage !! Don’t ask what it costs because it will blow your mind. !! You can get better food in a Wendy’s. it’s pathetic to even think that you serve this hot garbage !!!

Millers Ale House is a great place to eat. The servers are always usually friendly. The server we had last night, Julia, was very friendly. The chicken nachos were really good but honestly there was only a little bit of chicken, they definitely needed more chicken. The Cajun chicken pasta is always a favorite of ours. The cream sauce is amazing and the bread that comes with it is always tasty.

We had a party of 13. Called ahead they said they could get us in right away. It was 6 adults and 7 kids - 10 year Olds so they weren't loud or ill behaved. (People think kids and assume the worst)
Atmosphere was fine. Sat us by bar. Floors and tables were covered in sticky stuff. That was pretty gross. The silverware was thrown onto the sticky table.
They told us we couldn't split the check. The waitress took our drink orders, took our food orders and then put that in- we waited what felt like forever for drinks. Then somehow 2 women at our table ended up bringing us our drinks from the bar- one who had one good arm because she had just had surgery! And the waitress was more than happy to allow them to do it and I just found that to be odd. But our drinks weren't going to walk themselves to the table I suppose.
The rest of us were confused as to what was going on?
We shouldn't have been serving ourselves on checks that they would not split up to tack on a gratuity that wasn't earned.
Someone at the table ordered a salad as an appetizer. She also asked for no bun on her burger because she needed it gluten free. They brought the burger on a bun with the salad on the same plate with the burger and no fries. So she told the waitress at that point she didn't want the salad and needed the burger with no bun like she had asked and wanted her fries which was met with a loud, huffy voice "so now you don't want your salad?!" With an eye roll and stomped off to the kitchen like a child.
She would not have gotten a tip from me at all had I been the one in charge of leaving a tip. I worked in the restaurant industry for years and I understand that there are good and bad days but her behavior and service were unacceptable. It was the way she reacted over the dish needing to be gluten free that promoted me to leave this review. Unnecessary and Unacceptable.

Ugh….I wanted to like this place but it is so poorly managed. Service was horrendous on a weeknight. It took about 15 minutes from sitting down to order drinks. Drinks took forever to come out. We were sitting for an hour and a half about before even getting our dinner, which was cold. I guess the temperature didn’t matter since the meal took so long that we had to take it to go.

The only food we were able to eat in the restaurant were the nachos which were delicious! However, we were surcharged for guac and sour cream even though it came with it on the menu for the large portion. Our server was so slow and nonexistent he did not explain this charge to us. Reheated, the Mac and cheese tasted similar to box with some soggy chicken nuggets. Hardly cheesy and their mild sauce is spicy. I don’t see myself ever returning due to the service alone.
