Upon arrival at the Poinciana Store, my wife and I were greeted by Manuel. We told him the type of mattress we were looking for and he took us directly to the very mattress and pillow we ended up purchasing. Manuel took the time to explain every detail of the purchase as well as the delivery process. He was a pleasure to work with. He listens to my wants needs and concerns about what I wanted/needed in a new mattress. I am very pleased with the attention to detail, his responsiveness, and his all around care that he put in the the transaction. We worked together for several days going over my options. Picking out the right materials for my sensitive skin and the right support for my bad back. We covered every single base and he made sure I was comfortable the entire process. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed to buy a product he just wanted to make sure I was truly happy with my purchase. I have not received the product yet so I cannot speak on the quality of it. We did end up going with a mattress more natural product as I did not want to purchase a mattress that was made out of plastic bottles. I understand saving the ocean is a big deal but sleeping on my microplastics (as it breaks down) is not my idea of healthy living. He made sure to listen to that. I really appreciate all the work that he did contribute into making the perfect purchase for me. He even made me aware that if I was not happy I still had 120 days to return it so we could get something that I was 100% satisfied. That's amazing! I definitely recommend this sales associate and this company. Edwin thank you again! I will definitely send anyone looking for a mattress your way.
