Flor Angel, the young lady working there tonight, 8/29, was exactly her name, a beautiful refreshing Flower that became my Angel! ? I was praying for a little miracle and I I was blessed beyond measure. Her customer service was excellent. Was attentive and was more than just a salesperson but comforter, someone with a great heart. Thank you so much for blessing my life and allowing me to have a few hugs along the way. We had a very pleasurable experience in the store at The Loop today. Particularly the store behind Bahama Breeze.
We were ably helped by Michael who was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the firm’s products.
There was no hard sell into the more expensive mattresses, and we chose something mid range that suited our taste and budget.

I would highly recommend shopping here for a mattress.

…and we’ll definitely be back soon when we need another mattress for our spare rooms.

Daniela was such an amazing help, my husband and I went into mattress firm not knowing what we wanted, she had so much patience showing us different mattress and educating us on the bases. In the end we found something that worked for us and she made it super easy to communicate with her via sms to confirm payments and delivery. I will definitely recommend mattress firm. I had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm today. Not only did Eddy help me by looking at previous purchases, but he listened to me, and in doing so, was able to help me to narrow down my preferences, and didn't try to push me to buy the most expensive mattress I laid on.
To me, THIS is a great customer service experience.
Eddy did not "push me" toward one choice or another, just explained the difference among my top 3 options!

Luis was amazing. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable & very patient while I tried multiple mattresses before deciding on the 1st one I tried!!! He was never pushy on price or tried steering me to a more expensive mattress. I had a wonderful experience. I will be coming back to Luis the next time I need a mattress and I highly highly recommend this Mattress Firm!!!!

Michael was very knowledgeable and picked 3 mattresses for us to try. The number one he suggested was right on target. We tried the others as well as 4 more and they didn't compare.
Temperpedic won out. Expensive for sure, but if it lasts 10 years it's about $50 a month for a great nights sleep.
That's worth it. We have been struggling to sleep for 2 years and waking in pain or just not sleeping well or long enough. Can't wait to get it delivered!
Got 4 months to try it out; a warranty if it starts to sag and 2 years 0% financing.
