Their reputation speaks for itself. Been coming here since I was 14/15. Back then they were across the street and used to let us come in and marvel at the collection all we wanted. I still go here if I want to treat myself to a more unique/exclusive pair of shoes. Some of the rules have changed since then but the people haven’t. Making an appointment takes less time than ordering a cup of coffee. Online store is the tip or the iceberg. Def have to shop in person.

The shoe inventory is limited and outdated, and they don’t allow try ons. This store is by appointment only, however they let us come in for some reason. I would say it was a very cold welcome. The owners are very rude but you can clearly see that from the defensive comments under the (valid) poor reviews.

Would not send my worst enemy to this store. The customer service was nonexistent, very unfriendly and unprofessional. Making an appointment to shop is a hassle and the woman working there was rude when trying to follow the rules (as the owner said in response to another review - clearly he has no customer service skills as well). If you want people to spend their hard earned money on your products you’d think at the very least you’d treat them well and with respect. I was shocked by the shopping experience and even more shocked at the owners responses to others who have left less than 5 star reviews. Don’t shop here!!!!!!!

Well worth the wait. It’s so simple to make an appointment. The store really wants to focus on customer service and feels as if appointments best suit that. Thank you again to the owners for such a great experience.

Excellent service and large collection of kicks and more. Mandatory to make a booking first, easily done via the website. I had a real nice, curated experience sneaker and streetwear shopping. Ask them about the Major merch, the current collection with New Era is really cool!

Had my appointment yesterday and they were fantastic. I was able to take my time and the store has so much to offer. Visiting major will be a recurring yearly trip for me. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!
