Perfect shopping experience! Received a Fathers Day gift that needed to be exchanged/returned. First, the location of the store is amazing, and makes you feel like you’re in a different country. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by multiple employees with hello, how are you, can I show or get you something. I was able to walk around the store and go crazy over the lovely items. I was informed that this particular location was a women’s only store. I was like, WHAT? Yes, apparently there are only items in the store for women, except for the cologne for which they have men’s selection. I would advise anyone looking for luxury jewelry, clothes and shoes to check out this shopping experience.

Such a beautiful experience! Excellent customer service! I brought my 5 year old and my 2 1/2 year old to help me pick out a purse for my wedding anniversary, the staff was so accommodating and extra nice to our kids! They made it extra special for my daughter!

Upon reviewing several disparaging remarks regarding the customer service at the DC City Center branch, I was apprehensive about visiting the location myself. I am pleased to report that my shopping experience proved to be nothing short of exceptional.

I paid a visit at approximately 12:30 PM on my wife's birthday to acquire a miniature backpack I had seen advertised on the LV website. I had contacted the concierge beforehand and was informed that the DC location had the item in stock. Upon entering the store, I was promptly greeted by two members of the sales team. Michele, who exuded an aura of warmth and professionalism, introduced herself and inquired as to how she could be of service. I presented her with the item I intended to purchase, which she promptly retrieved for me. Michele inquired about the intended recipient of the bag and the occasion for which it was intended, to which I responded readily. She also exhibited exceptional customer service by displaying an alternative product that matched my specifications.

Once I had finalized my selection, she graciously proceeded to package and wrap the item, and even included complimentary samples of LV's latest perfumes and colognes. I am delighted to attest that Michele effectively dispelled any lingering doubts I harbored about the customer service at DC City Center, as her attentiveness and charm were truly exemplary. I shall procure her services upon my next visit to this establishment.

My spouse was overjoyed with the birthday present I gave her, and could not stop praising the exquisite scent of the perfume. My recent shopping experience at the store far surpassed my initial expectations.

I like this location way better than the one at Tysons galleria. The sales associates here go went above and beyond to make my experience a great one, every time. It is very organized and the lines moves in a timely manner.

I purchased a perfume along with some specific requests from their online store, and the pickup was incredibly easy. Unfortunately, my package was incomplete upon collection. It wasn't until I got into my car and opened the package that I realized some items were missing. I was able to return without issue and the lady who assisted me was very helpful. I thought there might be a problem or that I would have to deal with getting what was on the receipt, but no. She took the order back, checked the stock, came out with the missing items, and that was it.

Good customer service despite the oversight, thanks to Michael’s quick response

Not worth the value. On April 1, 2024 I visited the store, and the treatment I received was unacceptable.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the sales experience manager who passed me along to the sales associate Paulina who seemed disinterested and indifferent to assisting me. Despite my attempts to engage and express interest in purchasing items, I was met with rudeness and a lack of attention. Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice that other customers in the store, who appeared to fit a certain demographic, were receiving preferential treatment and were promptly attended to by the staff.

This blatant discrimination and preferential treatment not only tarnished my shopping experience but also left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Regardless of one's background or appearance, every customer should be treated with respect and given equal attention and assistance.
I expect better from a prestigious brand like Louis Vuitton and urge you to address this issue promptly.

Customer satisfaction should be a top priority, and instances of discrimination and unfair treatment should not be tolerated in your establishment.

I hope that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully in the future.
