It was my first time at the Louis Vuitton in this location. Ms. Cheyanne was the best! Called me to let me know my bag ready. Made an appointment with her and she was so nice and attentive once I arrived. She had the bag ready and let me try it on in front of the full body mirror. Asked me if I needed anything else and was courteous all the way through checkout. She was even helping to train a new LV employee and was nice her too. Some tips for shopping with LV:
• If you need something that is out of stock online, call the stores. Sometimes they have the item in store.
• Make an appointment before visiting the store. You're not allowed to look / shop around LV without a client advisor. They will put you on the list once you get to the door. Wait times will vary obviously. It's better to have an appointment and know you will have a CA ready when it's your turn.

My wife went to get our passport covers hot stamped while in town. The "Client Advisor" was a very unpleasant human that turned down doing the service for us, because he was clearly too lazy. I say this as more LV product(s) gets delivered to our home today. Maybe we will rethink where we spend our money on "Luxury Goods" when the service is neither good nor luxurious. There are a lot of other options with far superior service. This is not the first time we have experienced over-inflated ego's and lazy staff in LVMH stores. Train your staff to do better.

I was gonna travel to miami and needed something asap on the same day i went to three different lv store couldn’t find it i came to the store hopeless and i met Olivia she relieved me she was the most open helpful louis vuitton client Advisor i ever seen she helped me find it took her time and we spend alot of time talking about the brand and she answered all of the questions i had she is the best ! Ask for her when you go to the store you would have a great shopping experience!

Absolutely horrible customer service. My pregnant wife and I were walking around looking at bags and purses on a Sunday to get for a celebratory present. She ended up ultimately liking a simple wallet. We ultimately decided to have it shipped because the taxes were so much cheaper in SW PA compared to NYC. Yasin assured us that the wallet would go out on Monday. Come Wednesday, there was no update, so I reached out to LV Customer service to see if they could assist. 25 min later I receive a text message from Yasin with a tracking number that was not registered to anything. When I reached back out saying that I wanted to cancel the order, they went silent. So I called LV Customer service again and they worked their magic, and wa-la, another text starting the refund process. Until they asked for my debit card via text message. Absolutely unacceptable, let alone in NYC where who knows what could happen with that number. Do yourself a favor and go to the true LV store in NYC or just buy it online and have it shipped to your house for free.

Went in to buy a gift and asked an AA female a question and she seemed bothered and not wanting to assist me. Spoke with an AA male that was phenomenal. I only came back because of him but because I needed the gift. Felt extremely discriminated upon, you never know whose an actual buyer, treat everyone top tier.
