I went into this place looking for children's shorts (long shot, I know) and ran into one of the best sales pitches I've seen. An older gentleman, dressed in Levi's gear asking "what are we going to put you in today". Total confident, acknowledgement of the customer, wearing the gear, and ready to be helpful.
This was during Memorial Day weekend when almost every other salesperson in every other store barely noticed when I walked in the store. Great vibe. I didn't buy jeans, but was almost convinced just because of the attitude. Next time I need some I'll definitely make it there.

Salespeople were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They really know the product they are selling. Finally, I found the original 501s! Plus 2 other pair I couldn't resist. Going back for another pair of 501s. ?

Really good and fast service here. And if they do not have what you are looking for they can order it through thier warehouse and have it delivered to your front door.

This is for the Levis outlet
Store in San Clemente, CA. Totally unwelcoming and rude sales associates that do nothing to help customers. All they did was stare at us as we searched for sizes and offered NO assistance. One associate even said, the whole pile is the same size!!!!!! As my daughter looked through a few shorts since they have different color variations. My daughter works in retail and she was shocked at how rude they treated customers! Total A’s. We will never be back to this awful store. Corporate needs make sure these associates are trained properly and know that they are a bad representation of the Levi’s brand.

Blah, blah, blah....prices aren't any different than department stores. They're out of my size in jeans and jean jackets. Is this where all the unsold department store stock ends up?

Great value, was able to find a hard to find size for my husband. To make it even better walked out with two pair of Levi black jeans for under $30.00. Great shopping experience!
