We went in before heading home from West Palm Beach and found lots of adorable things. It is Halloween so they has adorable dolls which look like little witches, kitchen towels and little bakeware which is perfect for my cooking needs. I found this adorable curly haired witch who I simply needed to add to my home and there were two small bakeware which I love! The only downside was when I went into the bathroom the faucet was not working in the larger stall which I did not realize until I had fully soaped up my hands. Happy we made a quick stop before heading home because now I have more home decor which I did not realize I wanted.

As an avid HomeGoods shopper, I will find a way to get to a HG when I’m in any new area, this is by far the most poorly merchandised store i’ve ever been to. Not only did nothing make sense as far as any order in terms of merchandising, the store was completely disheveled. There were loading carts/boxes out on the floor, tripping/accident hazards everywhere, shelves were scattered with random items tossed onto them. It was a disaster. I heard a gentleman working in the picture/mirror section cursing abut what he was working on in the mirror section (Can’t say I blame him) Needless to say I’ll never return to that location, but it might be a good idea for someone from your corporate office to pop in. I’ve never seen a HomeGoods look worse than any Ross I’ve been to.

Love visiting this new home goods! It is very organized and most times not too over crowded. What I like most is that you can move a shopping cart through the isles without bumping into things or getting in the way. Most recent time I was there MANY things were on clearance, I think they are trying to make room for new items-works to the buyers advantage! Isles are in great order. Will definitely return!

This Home Goods is located at the Palm Beach outlet mall and it is stocked full of really good stuff for the holidays. I do believe that this is the largest HomeGoods store I have ever been in and I am certainly glad that I made the effort. I must have hit the store at the right time because I did not have any line to stand in to get to the cashier. The staff was very very helpful and the cashier was very special an even offered to get me help to bring out to my car. It's a bit of a trek for me to go to this store but I will return. I was so overwhelmed by all the products to buy I forgot to take photographs. Please accept my apologies

Terrible service from Sophia. The store itself is pretty big and well supplied. There’s a bunch of items on sale and clearance, as well as themed decor. However, the customer service manager was really bad in terms of client service. And the line to pay was really long with only two people working.

I hate Home Goods because they have a lot of things my wife didn’t know she needed, but no matter what you can always take it back after she realizes either:

A-She Didn’t need it
B-I told her it wouldn’t match.

Either way you’ll probably end up keeping way more than you return.
