Stopped by this shop by accident and found skyblue adidas samba I wanted. The staff who was tall and white with hat on was extremely kind. He helped to double check my size and even recommended other place that might have my size cause it was absent at that time. It was my last day in London and thanks to you my memory is now cherished. Hope you the best XOXO

Ordered a pair of ugg tazzes they arrived but unfortunately slightly too small wanted to exchange for a size up. Have sent countless emails with no reply to return. Will never use again shocking customer service i mean it’s non existent. I am now left with a purchase i cannot use. Regret ordering through them. AVOID

Terrible, terrible customer service, ordered the item over 10 days ago with no dispatch email sent.

I have sent 4 emails to follow up and ask for an update + a message on Instagram with no replies, deeply frustrated and would NEVER use this company again.

At this rate, I will be surprised if my item turns up...

Ich hatte einen Teil der Lieferung zurückgeschickt da die Größe nicht passte. Ich warte nun seit Wochen auf die Erstattung. Bei meinem ersten Schreiben bekam ich noch eine Standardisierte Antwort, alle weiteren blieben unbeantwortet. Ich habe nun die Kreditkartengesellschaft beauftragt sich um Stornierung der Zahlung zu kümmern.

Pls don't shop Goodhood online store, they didn't send out the purchase item. I brought the lifestyle item online is been a month still didn't receive the items. The customer services, IG FB are all not reachable.

No Context

Cool garms and stuff but poor customer service and delivery times. A couple weeks after making an order and yet no delivery update.. not the first time.

Update:
A month later and I still haven’t received my order LOL. Uh I’m not sure what the legalities are but even my payment method aren’t able to get in touch with them..

I'd give 0 stars if I could. They mailed me the wrong item and have not returned multiple email attempts to correct the issue. I never thought to read the reviews for a retailer . How is this place allowed to be in business?

Il parait que lorsqu'on paye sur le site internet, il n'y aura aucun frais de douanes, c'est ecrit noir sur blanc sur le site. Bonne surprise quand on reçoit un mail de dhl nous demandant de payer 114,00€ de douanes pour une commande à 215€. Honteux !
