I went there 14.01.24 10am. There was a lady at the front dest and she was totally rude. She asked us to go out in totally rude way. If you want to humiliated you can go and experience that shop.

There was a group in the shop and she said we cant buy anything or see the products because we are not chinese. She was truly racist. If you are not from china you cant buy anything from that store.
Dont ever try!

Go directly to the store brand. Purchased a magnum eco case by samsonite (case that is frail yet same price as others). Said they could exchange items on the front desk in writing. Showed up within 24 hours with no use to product and refused to exchange luggage case. When I asked to speak with the manager, they said he was on vacation. No help whatsoever, beware. Do not buy here

The ladies here were very kind and patient with me despite me sending them back and forth from the back stock to the front store. I’m so sorry for that!!! But thank you for helping me find exactly what I needed to remedy my luggage issues!!! They’re the only ones who carry Tumi from what I could find and I’m so grateful I found them! I love Tumi and is one of the only travel brands at this price point that I trust. Thank you so very much again, De Mars Shop!!! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Brussels ♥ ♥ ♥
