Extremely poor craftsmanship - and it is extremely unfortunate Burton has no interest in making things right. I purchased a new pair of boots less than a month ago. After using them for the first time, I noticed the boa tightening was limited and would not further tighten as desired. Not thinking anything of it, I used the boots a second time and the boa had simply fallen out and would not reattach. Burton will not allow me to return the boots since they were worn, and a warranty claim will only fix the boots. I have absolutely no interest in paying full price for defective boots - I want a more trustworthy brand.

Excited to say this was the last season with my Burton Board, Burton bindings, Burton snow pants, Burton jacket, and Burton backpack. I will certainly be switching to a company with better craftsmanship and better customer service!

They’re always so helpful each time we come in and have endless tips! This is the Burton store you wanna come into even if it isn’t your “home base”, they give that southern service and no NY attitude. Thank you guys for being part of our Burton experience and standing so true to the brand!

I cannot say enough about Burton as a company, and as an extension the Soho Burton store!!! Pete... is not only the best one out there doing it, but is also a great human being as well.

Burton has been at snowboarding from the ground floor, they are socially conscious, their product continues to drive the needs of the sport, their staff live the product and as a byproduct know and care about their customers needs and issues.

Yes, you can buy a cheaper, flashier, trendier, elsewhere, but you'll get what you paid for... an item that wont help your progression, which is not designed to last, by a company that doesn't stand by their product.

Burton and Pete have stood by me on my journey and progression over the past 6 months. I was a total noob at 285 lbs and now
I am an intermediate rider who has lost 90 lbs snowboarding.

I will never buy a stick of wax from another company as loyalty begets loyalty.

Ride on Jake indeed... you left your legacy in the hands of the right people.

The staff at the Burton New York City flagship store is fantastic. I came in with a warranty issue and JP and Olivia went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. Through no fault of their own, I was unable to secure a replacement but they did absolutely everything in their power to find what I needed. They provided multiple options and we were able to ultimately find a solution that worked out. Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, JP and Olivia were super friendly and nice. What could have been been a frustrating situation turned into an enjoyable interaction with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I can't say enough about the great customer service and the professionalism at this store. Brett my sales associate was so attentive and hard working at getting me the best set up. He fit me perfectly in boots and bindings and found me the best end of the season deal . Tim was also super knowledgeable and got me a sweet demo board. These guys ride professionally and know what's up! Highly recommend ! Friendly professional staff!
