Highly do not recommend. I purchased a couch and everything seemed to be great until closer to the date I was supposed to get it. I called to check on the status of my order and was told it wouldn't be shipped out until they had enough product to send and then finally I was told it was there but the delivery date to my house wasn't for another 2 weeks so I decided to just go pick it up and told them that and the next day I'm told I was "accidentally" charged a delivery fee when I was told that it was free delivery. I went over my whole itemized receipt and there wasn't even a delivery fee on it and they just charged me an extra $150, and only apparently noticed after I decided to just come get it. I got the couch here and it's nothing like what I expected, it's not comfortable, all the pillows are loose on the couch and the cushions just slide off when you sit down. I thought it was a 30 day return policy and called and was told apparently it was just 3 days which is ridiculous. I thought they were great until this experience, I will never go here again. Over priced couches for their terrible quality

We enjoyed our furniture shopping experience. Carolyn was courteous and knowledgeable and Dan (a trainee) was friendly, too. They did not rush us or high-pressure us. They showed us several options! Can't wait to get our furniture!

My husband and I highly recommend Carolyn of the Big Sandy, Cadillac location for your furniture/msttress needs. I first spoke with Carolyn on the phone to inquire about a mattress we were interested in since we would be driving 1.5 hours to visit that store. After a very informative phone conversation with Carolyn, we decided to make the drive. It was great decision. We left the store proud owners of a new mattress and frame. Carolyn is outstanding and a real asset for Big Sandy, Cadillac. Thank you.

My wife and I came into the store and we were helped by Carolyn. We did not buy anything the first day as we were trying to figure out what we wanted and if we had enough room at our house to fit the couch. She did not try to pressure us to do anything right away. We came back a few days later and she remembered everything we talked about prior. Thanks for being awesome to work with!

I stopped into Big Sandy to look at the sectional options. Alesha greeted me at the door, she walked me though showing all the options. After choosing the one she was very helpful with going over all the details, color options, sizing options, extra warranty information and delivery options. Alesha was very personable and easy to speak with. John the manager was also very helpful.
