A good place to get yourself a floatable bed and even some sports goods. Had to come here with some friends that came in town. They got a good selection of shoes to choose from as well. You can get yourself a basketball court, basketball essentials even stuff for all kinds of sports. I would definitely suggest coming back here.

Overpriced and unable to process returns without paper receipt but with same credit card. Item has large price tag with store brand. I got the sense they can but manager didn't want said not possible. Seems sketch and due to failure to honor reasonable return policy I cannot recommend shopping here.

Probably the best and most unexpected experience I’ve ever had at a Big 5. Everyone in the store looked happy to be there and happy to help. One employee went above and beyond to help me find the item I was looking for. This Big 5 in the middle of the city was a surprise to me. I did not know it existed and would definitely shop here again. The store was clean and fully stocked and organized with tons of deals.

After searching online i find that big five sporting goods on Wilshire blv in los Angeles has an air mattress for 49$ plus a 15$ coupon, The Asian clerk / store manager didn't want to except the 15% off coupon. I had to argue with him before he would scan the coupon, making my experience at Big 5 a horrible one. If you don't want this to happen to you , Dont shop at this location.

Prices are good very good deals and good quality store super clean super organized but customer service is orrible wowwww you guys need to work on it super bad attitude from the staff
