CD Cellar is a rare find, especially since most CD and DVD stores and kiosks have disappeared. It offers a large selection of new and used CDs, vinyl, and even a few cassettes, mostly focused on music with a smaller selection of movies. Everything is neatly organized by music genre, making it easy to browse. They also buy CDs in very good condition, so it’s a great place for both finding and selling music.
Price: reasonable
Parking: hard on weekends, but if you want to park close by, available
Shelves and boxes: not very well organized, especially since there are boxes of CDs under almost every table, you need to bend and browse in a narrow aisle.

HUGE selection of CDs and records, everybody's guaranteed to find something. Nicely organized and nice music inside! I sadly left without purchasing anything because I came in 20 minutes before closing and didn't want to make a rushed decision since there were so many to choose from. I'll definitely have to come back and spend at least half a day here...

Cool location with a large and sick selection of music! It’s almost overwhelmingly big, but still managed to find cool selections nonetheless. Staff were friendly and the vibes felt right, it makes me miss this area a ton.

Such a gem! An incredible CD and vinyl selection from oldies and soundtracks to rock and pop. Also DVDs. If you love physical media this is the place to shop. It’s also pet friendly.

Would love to hold onto this one as a 'hidden gem' but the store is so great that I felt it would not be fair to not rave about CD Cellar.
I seek audiophile vinyl and if this is your jam, too, this place is either heaven... Or just dang tough on the pocketbook as I could have left with SOOOO many more things than I did but had to fit them into my carry on back to Austin. The selection is RIDICULOUSLY great for AP, Mofi, Blue Note and other titles. Super nice folks working the store and helpful.
I am probably fortunate that I don't live close to this place or they would just clean me out! I try to hit independent record stores during business travel, this is by far one of the best I have ever done. Just an awesome shop.

Fantastic old-school vinyl and CD shop, with an impressive on-site selection of physical media (vinyl LPs, CDs, and some blu ray and DVDs). Runs the gamut from bins of bargain vinyl to new audiophile pressings. I am especially a fan of their large jazz selection (which occupies half a room). Staff are generally helpful, and I have had good experiences trading in old media for store credit -- the prices were eminently fair (given that they need to make enough money to stay open!). I am happy to pay the few dollars more (compared to lowest online prices) to keep them in business -- it's great to be able to go someplace local and be able to meander through large amounts of quality vinyl. Restores some of the "thrill of the hunt" that used to mark record shopping in the good old days of the early 1980s.

Super awesome selection of CDs, LPs and various visual media. Guy working the counter was so genuine and sweet to us! Was looking for some more obscure stuff and he was so pleasant to chat with about them and was more than happy to let us post up on the floor to dig through the 45s.
