I’ve always had a great experience with Versace Orlando Outlet store! My sales associate Kelly has always been the best and always takes care of me in store and notifies me for new shipments all the time. Look for Kelly, she is the best associate ever.

Great service and assistance from Akiko! Excellent shopping experience. They have a good amount of items in stock in the back than aren't on display. Just ask them if they have what you are looking for and they can check stock on their phone. Also, ask them to look at the handbags and they will remove the wires and alarms so that you can try them on.

I purchased my handbag and had no box no certification card and no dust bag it felt like I purchased my items from the corner. I went back to the store and got a dust bag no box and then he gave me a used dust bag. He did not give me an explanation of why these items came like this. I really think that he really thought I did not know how these items come as and how they should be sold. Hmmm interesting. I am not a complainer but hmmm makes me think of what I purchased is even real.

Great store! A lot of these pieces and styles are the same as the Versace website, but nicely discounted. You're still going to pay $300 for a T-shirt, but you are buying Versace.

Akiko, how did you ever get hired at a designer store? I guess that’s a question for the manager? She doesn’t know right from left. Example: I need this in a medium, brings me XL. I would like this in pink, bring me white. Is something wrong with her?! It’s happened MULTIPLE times. It’s shocking and sad that Versace allows such incompetence.

The salesperson named Kelly isn’t a good saleswoman who should improve better in the service industry. She just chose people who ever can satisfy her goals of the sales instead of giving help with more recommendations. She promised her customers and she always had excuses to delay my reply. Won’t be back to this location anymore with the horrible service!!!!

I have tried calling this store for months but no one ever answers. I called the Millenia location to see how I can get a hold of someone and was given a email address. A week later and still no response. I've always been a big Versace fan but I don't think I can deal with the lack of customer service.

on march 21, i reached out to Sergio on his instagram account inquiring about a handbag that he had posted on his stories. I simply ask if there was an extra discount on top of the price that he posted becuase usually he always post that there extra discounts on merchandise. i was in shock the way he reply back! super unprofessional and rude assuming that i have no money to buy at a luxury store he even mention that i should shop at ross or tjmaxx and referring at me as a cheap person! that is no way to treat a potencial customer. he shouldnt work at a luxury department store treating people with no respect, i would like to contacted with a higher department of management, beacause i didt appreciate how i was profiled…
