Ordered something from the site but wasn't sure about sizing. Read the site FAQ which stated return within 30 days and 100% satisfaction guarantee. So i took a chance and ordered the item but the size was too small. I mailed back the item and sent a courtesy email stating such. They replied back stating it could not be returned because it was a finale sale(does not mean the item was on sale fyi). Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me because its a standard black item which they sell all the time. It wasn't a custom order or a one of a kind color. $90 is no small amount for anyone these days and the item was returned in new condition. So, i'm just out of luck. They have a statement of final sale on the product page but its so far down bellow a wall of other text/product info and not in big bold font; its easy for anyone to miss. That is not great customer service, i wouldn't do business with them again

Best tights ever the most comfortable to wear love them

Maybe I just don't like wearing tights, but I ordered two sets of tights twice (so I got four pairs). I disliked all of them. They were, well, tight, even though I got a size bigger than I am (or so I thought--the sizing is a little confusing). And they pinched my inner thighs.

I got two pairs of the black stripped tights, and there are tiny threads poking out where the stripes meet each other. The threads make it so they don't look smooth on my legs. I didn't return them because I'm going to try to cut off the feet on the striped ones and see if I like them any better. And I kept the other set because if it gets cold enough this winter, I may try to wear them. Certainly, the color is great.

The colors I chose, although all were neutral, are the exact tones I was hoping for. The quality appears to be good, but I've only just received my order and have not worn them yet. Shipping was fast considering my order originated in Miami FL all the way to Vancouver CA.

I absolutely LOVEEEE my socks. I was expecting the fuschia color to be a more faint light pink but THIS PINK was the pink color I was looking for. A nice bright dark, neon fuschia pink. I will buy some more and very, very pleased with my purchase. My socks are so cute and the quality is superb and unexpected. Not sure the material but I may wash these by hand to keep them in great condition.
