J ai acheté une première combinaison Merabi sur leur site il y avait un problème de qualité sur une combinaison Rachel, je l’ai donc renvoyée.
Suite a ça il me propose un echange je refuse puisque le modèle est beaucoup trop fragile, je demande un remboursement qu’il refuse !

Je demande donc un avoir d’une valeur de 260€!
Je mets des semaines à avoir un avoir valide !
Il me repondent le 21 mai 2024 et me disent que celui-ci est valable en jusqu’en mai 2025.
Des le lendemain j’essaye d’acheter la combinaison avec le code promo et celui-ci ne fonctionne pas.
Je leurs envoie des mails mais jamais de réponses réactive et une semaine apres les avoirs harcelés ils finissent par me repondre que celui-ci etait valable jusqu’au 21 mai 2024 ! LOL
24h quoi !!!
J’arrive ENFIN à acheter une combinaison Monique que Je reçois DÉFECTUEUSE DE NOUVEAU avec un trou à la fermeture éclair au niveau des fesses..
Je demande un échange, encore une fois je suis sympa !
Cette fois-ci ils refusent l’échange et veulentde veulent me rembourser et seulement 126£ ce qui équivaut à 195€, LA BLAGUE !
Sauf que moi j’ai bel et bien déboursé au total 414€ !
Mais où sont passés mes 219€ ?

Je n’ai jamais vu un service client aussi catastrophique que celui-ci !

Ils mettent des jours à vous répondent et quand vous avez la chance d’avoir une réponse et bien c’est toujours la meme réponse, ils ne prennent même pas la peine de lire et d’ouvrir les pieces qui y sont jointes et de simplement répondre à vos questions.
Je suis épuisée et je vais finir par porter plainte pour vol si je ne suis pas remboursée de mes 414€ !

Si j arrive à régler ce litige rapidement j’effacerais le commentaire, il suffit simplement de répondre et d’assurer un remboursement total de la somme engagée!

I have just purchased the Olivia Blue for a wedding I have coming up in July and oh my goodness, it’s even better in person than I could have imagined! The dress has been made beautifully, it is lined with the most beautiful satin and the attention to detail is perfect! I even got a little swatch of the dress on a card to match to my husbands tie, what a lovely touch!

I’ll most definitely be purchasing a dress for another event I have coming up once it comes back in stock! For the quality of the dresses, I’d say the price point is quite cheap! You won’t find anything else like these dresses online / in store for this cost! They are beautiful! Thank you so much, Natalie xx

I ordered the Isabella White dress in M for my rehearsal dinner. It is a gorgeous dress but it looked a bit more nude/pink in real life to me than I expected which is why I sent it back. I first thought the dress was faulty due to the sewing of the underskirt but they explained to me that this is done purposely to create the fullness of the dress. The dress really has a nice full skirt. Delivery was speedy and customer service was very helpful and friendly. I will order again from them in the future. 🙂

Absolutely love my purchase - i bought the Olivia dress in blue for engagement shoot and the experience was delightful overall. The communication was on point and timely - kind nonetheless! The dress came on time as planned and the packaging was absolutely beautiful!

The quality of the dress is worth every penny! I will be purchasing more timeless pieces for my closet here!

I wore the Meghan Blazer recently and I had SO many compliments whilst I was out! It is stunning and elegant, and a perfect way to add some sparkle to an outfit. It fit like a glove, and was also nice and warm - perfect for this time of year! The level of detail and the high quality of the blazer is so clear to see. The Customer Concierge team were also super lovely and helpful with the questions I had, which was the cherry on top. An all-round amazing brand, and I'm sure my existing collection of dresses and blazers will keep growing!
