I needed a hat in a different size and the store owner went to not one but TWO different stores to find me the size I needed! Such incredible service and kind people! Truly above and beyond. And the hat I got is beautiful and I know my brother will love!

Excellent customer service. First store where we weren’t treated like tourists. It was nice to have someone explain the different Tartans and how to wear kilts. Love bagpipes but enjoyed shopping with different background music. Items for every price point. Good quality.

We walked into the Crest and felt immediately at home! Their friendly staff helped us as we wondered this wonderful shop for just the right gifts for our loved ones at home. They house so many items that would make a fine gift for most any one! The prices were so fair that we.even got gifts for ourselves!. This great shop could probably save you both a lot of money and even walking if you stopped in to have a look! As Always, Enjoy!

Worst customer experience ever. Last Monday I Bought a Loch Ness Monster "teddy bear" for my 6yo boy. 30 minutes after leaving the store my son was showing me his Nessie as if it was swimming and the toy just flat opened it's back, and the interior foam was coming out of it. So clearly this product was defected, as it is supposed to handle a child playing with it, instead of being simply displayed on a shelf. I Came back to the store to replace by a new one and they simply refused to return the defected toy to their supplier, and instead suggested that my 6yo could have damaged the toy with a knife or scissors (really?!)
It's normal that sometimes a product comes out of the factory with defect (there's a percentage of that happening), what's not normal of for the store employee refusing to provide a solution to a complaining customer, other than accusing his son of misusing the toy in the first 30 minutes after purchase.
When I questioned them about the quality of the product, the best answer they could give me is that this product was made in China and cost 12,99£, if I wanted something more resistant, it would have cost me over 20£
How is it possible to have such a miserable customer service over a toy that mustn't have cost the store more than 2 or 3£?!

Great customer service. Meiju found the right size t-shirts for my great granddaughter and my niece. Also the Crest has such a large selection of Scottish clothing and souvenirs at very reasonable prices, no wonder tourists and locals shop there.
