I recently purchased a Submariner that I had been eagerly waiting for a long time. When my nephew achieved something exceptional in his field last year, I wanted to give him a special gift that he could cherish and use every day. After much consideration, I decided on a Rolex, knowing it would be a timeless piece for him. However, I quickly learned that buying a Rolex isn't a straightforward task and requires a great deal of patience. I committed myself to this process and signed up for waiting lists at several authorized dealers.

When I finally received a message from Jenny Lei, I was overjoyed. I made it a point to visit the boutique the very next day, which happened to be a Sunday evening. While Jenny was busy assisting another customer, I waited for her to become available. Despite the wait, the entire staff was attentive to my comfort, making the experience feel special.

Once Jenny was free, she attended to me with professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a Rolex. As I come from a large family, I plan to return to her for future Rolex purchases for my relatives as well.

I had a wonderful relationship with one of the ex-employees Sophie, from July 2022 to this past April 2024, and for 2 years we would connect periodically and she would let me know what was available for sale. Even if it wasn’t what I had on my wish list the communication was appreciated and helped build a relationship. After she left I tried to build a new relationship and even went in and pleaded my case to the manager Mike. Now Mike is gone and Rami never calls or shows any interest in building a relationship despite my efforts to connect and start a new relationship with someone. It’s beyond unfortunate that the good people left… and that I am now over 4 years waiting for anyone to call me with any opportunity to buy any Rolex. I understand the supply chain, the quantity of items produced, and supply and demand. I also understand everyone seems to profit from the second hand market but people that are actually waiting for a watch to own and keep are stuck with nothing.

But Sophie made it work, she made an effort and communicated. She offered a great experience. Is there anyone else at Rolex that possess this So sad.

I offer two stars because the space is gorgeous and they stock a lot of watches across all brands. It’s fun to go in and play, but don’t expect to ever get a watch… nothing is for sale.

My favorite multi-brand watch store in NYC. Rolex, Patek Philippe, Breguet, IWC, Cartier, an awesome pre-owned selection, and like 25 other brands! It was a complete highlight to see the rainbow Daytona and the Arabic dial platinum Daytona.

Love the team, love the store layout, love the coffee bars on each level. Thank you as always for the incredible experience.

Wonderful experience at the Time Machine a few months ago. My wife had been looking for a very specific smaller size datejust with the mother of pearl dial. I went in and met Jenny. Told her I was on the hunt for this specific watch which they had on display for my wife and I’s 20th anniversary. I got a call that evening saying I could come in the following day to pick it up. Blown away by how helpful Jenny was. I surprised my wife and she is in love with the watch. Thank you Jenny and Time Machine!

Edit: I had the pleasure of working with Jorge Aguirre again to acquire a GMT Master II that I've wanted for some time. It's always a wonderful experience coming into the store to meet with Jorge. He's very kind and I knowledgable about watches, I always learn so much through his expertise.

I recently had the good fortune of meeting Jorge Aguirre at the boutique. I was initially in search of a holiday gift for my partner. Jorge took the time and walked me through all the Cartier models, until we finally made a decision on a beautiful Cartier Tank. I then saw the rolex explorer and tried it on. I instantly fell in love with the piece. He mentioned how Rolex models can take often take some time to arrive as the supply is limited. I understood and took home the Cartier later that week which made a great gift!
Approximately two months went by and I received a call from Jorge stating my watch had arrived!! I still cannot believe I was able to acquire my first Rolex watch!!
On both occasions, my experience at the boutique has been excellent. Jorge is truly someone who takes interest in you, not only as a customer, but as a person. This being my first purchase, Jorge took the time to walk me through every aspect of the watch.
