I have never gotten quick service when booking an AppleCare+ appointment for any of my devices at this location. Today I arrived 30 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and ended up waiting until 11:50 to meet someone. Then genius tried to talk me out of replacing the screen on my iPhone 15 Pro that I pay to insure. I left with a phone that was more unusable than it was when I brought it in as shown in my photo here, something happened when the genius was trying to restore my phone and they put it in to default restore mode and now I have been at home trying to fix it for the entire day.

The sales people are very friendly and helpful. If you go upstairs to get help, you may have to wait for about 30 minutes. I bought my iPhone 15 and airpod 4 here. My case got damaged and they changed it free of charge.

I had an amazing experience at the Apple Store in Pacific Centre! The customer service was top-notch, and I want to give a special shoutout to David, who went above and beyond. He was incredibly kind, professional, helpful, and such a gentleman. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring you leave the store completely satisfied.

In addition, Apple’s phone customer service is just as fantastic. The live agents are always wonderful and provide the best customer care I’ve experienced, not just in Canada but globally. They truly set the bar for customer service excellence. I can’t recommend them enough!

What a beautiful new store! It’s simply so beautiful and modern with lots of sunlight with an amazing city view! It’s exactly how I would imagine a luxury tech store to be! The previous location was smaller and would get extremely busy and crowded while the new location has plenty of room for more customers! I also love that the genius bar is separated on the second floor.

My 5 stars rating isn’t solely about the new store, I have noticed a noticeable improvement in the overall customer service, before, I used to get ignored, and sometimes I felt I was being rushed, however, I do believe Apple listened to our concerns and complaints as Im always receiving good to excellent customer service whether I’m checking new products, purchasing, or during a service appointment.

I am not a die-hard fan of Apple, I don't have everything Apple, but I cannot deny that they provide excellent service at the store.

Originally, I only went today to buy a new case and sleeve for my new Mac Air that purchased through work. They suggested me to run a diagnosis test. During the wait for the test, I saw a workshop on photography going on and got really interested in the workshop.

I came back the next day just to try to join a workshop, the instructor Macro did a great job of adjusting the content to adapt to my needs. There are various interesting workshops I will come back for. The only complain is why did not I know about this earlier?

I drove an hour to pick up my order from the Apple Store at the scheduled time, only to be told it wasn’t ready. My time is valuable too! They asked me to call customer service twice, wasting even more of my time. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. One star!

I bought a new iPad Air with PencilPro. The day I purchased it, the young staff serviced very well, but the day I picked it up, it was a bad experience. I want to return it and go to buy it in another location.

I stayed at the pickup area for a while, and the woman named Mary didn't even notice I was there. I was in front of her, but she let 2 people cut the line and ignore me, with no eye contact, to give me a chance to ask for some help.

I tried to ask 2-3 staff; I need somebody help!
Everyone just told me to wait at the pickup area without eye contact, like they just wanted to get me out of their way. I wonder if you get hired to stand and sit in the sofa area.

I was distraught and walked to a staff member named Marco, who could help me immediately. Everything got done in 5 mins.
They could help me; everyone could, but why didn't they do it before I wasted my time and got upset?

So, every time I pick up a new product, do I have to go with aggressive emotion?

I tried to understand, maybe they were so busy because I live in Downtown.
I tried to come back again on the next day and got the same attitude.

I didn't plan to buy it, I just walked through there and tried it. The staff on that day came to talk to me with a respectful and good attitude.
But the bad staff makes me want to return it, and I won't buy any products from this location again, even though I live very nearby.

Everyone, let's go to another location!!!
