Horrible. Customer service in the meat area is terrible. The guy was so rude for no reason. When I arrived he completely blindsided me and he acted as if I wasn’t even there. Then to top it off he gave me my meat but put the pieces that had the most fat and bone in it.

Now open! The Del Valle Supermarket looks great and includes a bakery, carnicería, and ice cream shop. Most the produce and items in the store have good prices as well as great employees who helped find what I was looking for.

I bought a "Tres leches" cake from here for My husband's birthday the cake was very dry!! The taste was a horrible weird flavor. I'm very embarrassed because this cake was wat my husband requested and i usually go to la superior but this store was closer to me. It usually has leche all on the bottom of the cake, very moist. This cake had no Leche on the bottom. Its gross. we couldn't even enjoy it. Very disappointed. Will not purchase another cake from here.

I was going to go to savemart and get a cake because it was very close to me but since my hubby requested tres leches I went out of my way to go here but was a waste of time and $25.

I would like to add that the employees were very helpful and friendly. It's the flavor that's lacking

Nope ,nope been here few times , giving benefits of a dought. Review about 8 months back first experience at the Neveria. I'm understanding 2 girls working at the moment not one acknowledged I'm there. Standing thinking wait maybe I'm not supposed to order here like so confused. 2nd time same but atleast I know where to order now . Fast forward to 5th time. STILL those ladies do not not how to acknowledged a person anything, hi I'll. E right with u Nothing. Today I decided to buy some pan dulce. I'm looking around like ok where's the bags am I blind . I see the small sheets and tongs, lady in the desert section sees me says nothing I figured it's not her department. Long story short guess your supposed to get the bread you want and their supposed to price it there. Maybe some should put some trays out something. Like am I supposed to hold these in my hand !!!! Oh by the way employees just came out from back maybe just got out of a meeting. There's is about 3 in the other corner looking, did someone come over to help see me looking like a dumb ass. Nope
"If you set up in a pitcular way to do things maybe some direction show help. Or post instructions geeze "!!!! It might be someone's first time there yoir store has not been open that long!!!!

Hiba seguido a esta tienda, el personal muy amable pero la manager deja mucho que desear. El precio es algo elevado pero no me gustan los malos modos. Avisenme cuando saquen a esta persona para regresar a comprar.

I drive almost 30 minutes to go to this store for the meat and yesterday August 9th I got my child some juice boxes just to find out there expired since July 6th these people also just gossip on the walkie talkies about people it disappointing will not be going here anymore .

No recomiendo para nada esta tienda, está bien que todo subió de precio, todo está súper carísimo y la fruta y verdura súper marchitada, no vallan, les daría cero estrellas pero no da la opción, mejor me quedo con la Esperanza market y panadería.

Lastima que mo hay opción de poner cero estrellas. La tienda es de buen tamaño,los precios son altos ojo!!! Pero lo peor es la manager. Es descortés, si ella te conoce y estas en la fila abre una caja para cobrar pero solo a el conocido, aunque este la fila grande....
Me despacho productos en farmacia dos ocasiones, tiene mala actitud y te mira con superioridad. No pierdan su tiempo hay otras tiendas donde te tratan bien y tienen mejores precios no importa si eres conocido o no!!!
