LOVE H.O.D!!! Hands down the BEST dispensary in Traverse City! I always have a pleasant, wonderful experience there, and they have really, great deals! The staff is amazing, ESPECIALLY Addison! Incredibly knowledgeable and always nice! 🙂 10 OUT OF 10!!! Highly recommend checking them out!

This was my very first time in a dispensary, so I'm looking at it from a whole new perspective here. The parking is limited, but the store was very clean, brightly light, and very well organized. The friendly staff greets you at the door and asks you for your ID. They scan it into their system. Next, they ask what you're looking for and would point you in the right direction. I had no idea! Really just looking! Their merchandise was beautifully displayed by category. A very helpful salesperson took the time to explain the differences and types of delivery methods. This store is definitely for the picky, informed connesouir AND for the amateur partaker. No doubt you will leave the store with whatever type of cannabis you are looking for. I would highly recommend the House of Dank for anyone who wants to explore the cannibis world.

Recently I had And ordered delivered to my house for Mother's Day and when I got my delivery & I noticed my wax container had been opened n some of the wax scrapped out,leaving only .11 when it's supposed to be a gram, I also was missing one of my pre rolls from the 7/$10 special ? would really love to resolve the issue! Especially since I payed even extra tipping the driver so idk the store said its the manufacturer fault.idc I just want my product I payed for pls & thank you

Jesse helps us out a lot by knowing exactly what to select when we ask her for the fruitiest, tastiest cartridges we need. H.O.D. has the best deals on prerolls and a great variety of them. We feel welcomed there and they do a great job helping people. I'm so glad H.O.D. exists.

Ive been a loyal customer for a few months now . Ive experienced nothing but exceptional service from in house and delivery. Nathan from delivery is kind and efficient. He always calls before he heads out for the delivery. Traverse City HOD is hands down top in my book .

Was extreamly short with everyone don't have ability to look at anything budtenders don't tell you anything about product and want you in and out felt unwelcome coming from another dispo shoping at alot of others one huge thing they could work on you almost have to do there job and know what's good and what's not when you are paying 35-45 a g that's not always cool dosent take much to open a few people will still buy or not much to mark umm down if you don't feel right about it

Very nice place! Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and patient as my sister and I took our time, asked a bunch of questions about deals and such and had to run out to get more cash because we bought more than initially intended, lol.
